Sign up with Google, Microsoft, Slack SSO, or email and create your first organization.
Capreolus uses Keycloak as its identity provider. The realm is capreolus and supports four sign-in methods.
Sign in options
- Google SSO — recommended for most teams.
- Microsoft SSO — if your org runs on Entra ID.
- Slack SSO — for teams that already have Slack as their identity hub.
- Email + password — falls back to TOTP for two-factor.
Steps
- Go to
dashboard.capreolus.app/signup. - Pick a provider, or click Sign up with email.
- You will land on the organization wizard. Capreolus is organization- first: every project belongs to an org, and every user belongs to at least one org.
- Pick a slug, an org display name, and invite teammates by email. You can also skip invites and add them later from Settings → Members.
Org-first onboarding
The first user becomes the owner. Owners can create projects, manage billing, and invite admins. Admins can manage projects but not billing. Members can read and edit project content. Viewers are read-only.
SSO domains can be claimed by an organization owner. Once claimed, any user signing in with an email at that domain is auto-assigned as a member. Reach out to support if you need domain claim approval.
